Seth is a Canadian-qualified Barrister and Solicitor and associate in the commercial litigation team. He is developing a broad practice comprising high value, complex contractual disputes, civil fraud litigation, insolvency and banking, and financial services matters.
Seth studied Politics and History at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours, with Distinction). He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver where he won a number of academic, mooting, and community awards and scholarships.
Seth completed his articles at Blake, Cassels and Graydon in Toronto before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
Following his articles, Seth was awarded one of two annual Fox Scholarships. As a Fox Scholar, he spent a year as a non-tenancy seeking pupil in commercial barristers’ chambers in London assisting with general commercial, civil fraud, and financial services disputes before tribunals, the High Court, and Court of Appeal.
Seth joined Byrne and Partners in August 2017.
